Travel restrictions responsible for event rescheduling

THE RESOURCES Centre of Excellence (RCOE) has announced that their signature event series, LeadIN - Transformation Is Now, will be rescheduled to November this year.

The event was previously scheduled to run from September 6 to September 10, 2021.

Following close consultation with event stakeholders, the decision was made to reschedule the event as a result of ongoing travel restrictions.

Many of the speakers, presenters and exhibitors will be coming to the Mackay Isaac Whitsunday (MIW) region from the southern states.

RCOE General Manager Steve Boxall said the decision to reschedule was made to ensure “we can deliver on what we set out to achieve”.

“Making a proactive shift now to a November date will allow us to provide the experience our attendees expect and deserve, in a safe environment,” said Mr Boxall.

“The amount of interest and excitement this event has already generated among speakers, sponsors and attendees was an important factor in the decision-making process.

“We would like to thank all attendees who have already booked their tickets and the ongoing support from all our sponsors and stakeholders.

“We will be working closely with all those involved to finalise the details of the new November dates in coming weeks.”

Attendees who have already purchased their tickets will automatically be registered for the rescheduled event.
